This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct review and verification of supplier negotiations within legacy systems to ensure data integrity;
• Register hotels, services, and partners in internal systems, ensuring both accuracy and adherence to deadlines;
• Convert monetary amounts in accordance with financial and operational guidelines;
• Record international reservation amounts (EUR and USD) while applying the appropriate tax rates;
• Verify and request commission payments efficiently;
• Mediate contracts through the Payment Request processes;
• Process reimbursements, refunds, and financial adjustments in line with internal policies;
• Edit, validate, format, and organize administrative documents meticulously;
• Organize and update digital files, ensuring traceability of documents;
• Update spreadsheets, databases, and systems with standardized information;
• Provide internal departments with clarifications on queries and operational support;
• Liaise and coordinate with external partners and suppliers effectively;
• Support the enhancement of administrative processes and track outstanding items;
• Meet deadlines and collaborate to ensure seamless operations.
• High school diploma (Advantageous if currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields);
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools for the creation and maintenance of spreadsheets, documents, and file organization;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) for managing controls, records, reports, and administrative documents;
• Experience with legacy systems for registrations, updates, verifications, and operational entries.
