📋 Description

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic virtual team setting with strict deadlines and a focus on the ongoing enhancement of project processes.

• Well-organized and disciplined, capable of working autonomously while also providing support to a virtual team.

• Proficient in creating clear and professional MS PowerPoint presentations for clients promptly.

• Skilled in the MS Office suite, including MS Teams, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.

• Advanced knowledge of Power BI is highly beneficial.

• Required proficiency in calendar management, virtual meeting software, and scheduling meetings.

• Responsible for arranging client appointments for our Health Information Exchange (HIE) team and ensuring effective communication channels.

• Familiarity with MS Teams virtual meeting software is advantageous; however, training will be provided for candidates experienced with other virtual meeting platforms.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities.

• A background in clinical fields and healthcare data is preferred.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in an administrative, clinical, or business analysis project support role is essential for this position.

• Demonstrates personal effectiveness and credibility.

• Experience with Federal contracting projects is highly preferred.

• Commitment to maintaining strong ethical standards and timely completion of work assignments.

• Extensive experience with MS Office 365 and computer skills for data analysis and interpretation.

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience with MS Office is required.

• Ability to multitask and manage various priorities while maintaining a calm, positive demeanor and professional approach.

• Must possess the ability to work discreetly and uphold confidentiality.

• Proficient in both written and verbal communication.

• Proven capability to be a self-starter and collaborate effectively with diverse personnel in a professional manner.

• Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

• Must be technically savvy, highly self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude are essential.

• Experience with virtual meeting software such as MS Teams or GoToMeeting is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams is preferred.
