This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Register and update proposals, policies, and endorsements in the system;
• Monitor and process incoming proposals, ensuring they are correctly routed;
• Update statuses and maintain organized and reliable records;
• Assist in tracking outstanding issues with insurers and policyholders;
• Monitor service interactions documented in the system;
• Verify commission statements and receipts for financial oversight;
• Assist with routine operational controls and maintain spreadsheets;
• Review reports and identify potential inconsistencies;
• Send formal communications related to departmental procedures;
• Monitor outstanding documentation with sales representatives and partners;
• Respond to basic inquiries and redirect requests when necessary;
• Inform partners about updates, cancellations, or reinstatements.
• High school diploma (completed);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook);
• Knowledge of insurance products (types, coverage periods, premiums, policies, and endorsements);
• Experience or familiarity with Quiver and RD Station systems;
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks according to deadlines;
• Strong writing and communication skills for drafting emails and formal records;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
