This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily administrative and office support operations from a remote setting
• Organize transactions and maintain systematic records using QuickBooks Online
• Follow up with vendors and projects via phone calls and email correspondence
• Manage calendars, meetings, and coordinate appointment scheduling
• Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and itinerary development
• Organize and keep Google Drive files and documentation up to date
• Create and modify presentations utilizing Google Slides or Canva
• Aid in social media scheduling and follow-up initiatives
• Maintain professional communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Actively identify outstanding tasks and ensure completion independently
• Provide assistance with additional operational and administrative duties as required
• Prior experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or office coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in using QuickBooks Online for transaction categorization
• Capability to handle multiple tasks with minimal oversight
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management
• Comfortable with professional phone and email interactions
• Experience in scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating travel
• Ability to work autonomously and anticipate the needs of the team
• Keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
• Experience in remote work environments is preferred
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools such as Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
• Experience with presentation tools like Canva or Google Slides
• Knowledge of tools like Houzz Pro is considered advantageous
• Strong follow-up and communication abilities with vendors and external parties
