This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Issue quote requests and follow up with vendors as necessary.
• Aid in gathering and organizing information and documentation related to projects.
• Develop and implement new strategies under the guidance of the team.
• Serve as a client-facing contact through phone and email to resolve service issues and provide solutions.
• Keep accurate records of communications, quotes, and updates.
• Assist the team with administrative duties to ensure seamless project execution.
• Demonstrated experience as an Administrative Assistant, Client Support, or a comparable role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
• Prior experience in client-facing positions (phone and email communication).
