This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with the onboarding process, maintenance of HR records, and ensuring compliance.
• Oversee the credentialing setup for all newly hired employees.
• Gather and arrange documents related to the training plans for new hires.
• Help facilitate virtual orientation sessions for incoming employees.
• Administer the 90-day review process for new staff.
• Ensure the accuracy of employee credentialing records.
• Monitor compliance requirements for the staff.
• Perform quarterly audits of all-staff emails.
• Provide assistance with tasks related to ADP's Learning Management System (LMS).
• Aid in the coordination of internal training programs.
• Handle scrub orders and support other HR-related tasks.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar supportive role is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential.
• Must possess strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
