This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and team schedules.
• Organize internal and external calls and send out meeting invitations.
• Create meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items as necessary.
• Assist with travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries.
• Help organize team meetings, training sessions, and company events.
• Process expenses and support various administrative reporting tasks.
• Aid in the onboarding process and other administrative activities for new hires.
• Provide assistance with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, office support, coordinator, or customer service position.
• Strong organizational capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn new systems and tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with expense management systems.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace.
