This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and franchise owner to compile and arrange documentation for project records.
• Monitor and schedule project timelines effectively.
• Place and submit orders to suppliers as required.
• Work in partnership with team members to achieve project goals.
• Handle incoming calls and input, track, and maintain information regarding prospects and clients.
• Proficient in using computers and smartphones.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Highly driven and reliable individual.
• Well-organized with a keen eye for detail.
