This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Overseeing intricate calendars, arranging appointments, and facilitating meetings for senior executives and members of the management team.
• Managing confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Composing and refining correspondence, reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
• Acting as the primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
• Organizing travel arrangements and accommodations for executives and management team members.
• Offering administrative assistance for special projects, events, and initiatives as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience as an administrative assistant or in a comparable role, supporting senior executives and management in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging professionally with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
• Capability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and manage sensitive information with integrity.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, possessing a positive attitude and readiness to embrace new challenges.
