This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Enter new employee onboarding information into the HRIS system;
• Perform background checks and facilitate drug testing;
• Oversee the offboarding process for employees who are leaving;
• Address requests for employment verification;
• Arrange travel logistics for employees;
• Process and fulfill company purchase orders;
• Manage equipment orders and ensure they are delivered on time;
• Oversee mail distribution and package handling;
• Print and organize departmental checks;
• Maintain and update the document management system;
• Assist in managing the organization’s learning management system;
• Coordinate company-wide meetings and events for employee communication;
• Help plan HR-related events and activities;
• Assist with various projects as required;
• Keep the company's recognition and announcement website updated;
• Provide backup support to the HR Generalist;
• Perform additional duties as necessary.
• At least 1 year of prior experience in an office environment;
• Ability to navigate multiple windows/browsers smoothly, conduct extensive internet research, and type at a speed of 45 WPM;
• Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office applications;
• Capable of sitting at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods;
• Quick and accurate data entry skills;
• MUST be willing to work in the US Timezone;
• Have a suitable space to set up the provided equipment and ensure proper backups are in place;
• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps;
• Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps;
• Backup connection must support work during power outages;
• Desktop or laptop must be equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor;
• Minimum of 8 GB RAM;
• Backup device must match or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor;
• Must be operational during power interruptions;
• A working webcam;
• A noise-canceling USB headset;
• A quiet, dedicated home office space;
