This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the calendar, appointments, and scheduling for the Co-CEO, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Monitor action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Develop and sustain Excel trackers, reports, and operational spreadsheets for efficient data management.
• Create agendas, meeting notes, and summary recaps for internal gatherings.
• Compose and organize correspondence, memos, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with department heads and clinical directors across AWA and PRC locations.
• Manage daily administrative responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
• Communicate professionally on behalf of executive leadership in both English and Spanish.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or operations support role.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and the complete Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
• Exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Dependable, discreet, and trustworthy when handling confidential information.
• Proactive communicator who takes initiative and follows through on tasks without needing reminders.
• Experience in the healthcare or behavioral health sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential — someone who takes pride in facilitating the work of others.
