This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Upload documents into member files.
• Input data into member files.
• Create barcodes for document cataloging.
• Execute all tasks related to organizing information pertinent to members.
• Conduct critical evaluation of received data to pinpoint errors, inconsistencies, and omissions.
• Achieve productivity benchmarks in line with the learning curve.
• Navigate through various tools and assess the feasibility of transactions.
• Support and undertake special projects as directed by a direct supervisor or team leader.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred).
• Familiarity with the Office Suite and good user experience.
• Comfortable using technology.
• Good typing speed with both speed and accuracy.
• Strong, clear, and effective written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Intermediate proficiency in the English language for analyzing documentation and bilingual files.
• Computer equipment provided.
• No sales or solicitation involved.
• 37.5 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
