This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Accurately and consistently input data into internal systems.
• Ensure that records are complete, up to date, and adhere to internal standards.
• Keep organized documentation and records within internal systems.
• Assist the wider team with filing, data entry, and general administrative duties.
• Provide support for daily operational administration as needed.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure administration processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Identify and address missing, incomplete, or unclear information, escalating issues for clarification when necessary.
• Complete assigned tasks within established timeframes while ensuring a high level of accuracy.
• Manage sensitive customer information responsibly, in accordance with company policies.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance and streamline administrative workflows.
• Fulfill other duties relevant to the position as they arise.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative, office support, or similar coordination role.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across repetitive tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capability to effectively manage workload.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in using internal systems and quickly learning new software tools.
• Ability to work independently while positively contributing to team objectives.
• Proficiency in handling sensitive customer information with care, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• A reliable and consistent approach to completing daily administrative tasks.
• No prior insurance experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Work from home.
• Monday to Friday from 5 PM to 2 AM PHT.
