This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Executes general administrative duties such as managing mail, typing, and maintaining filing systems for the program.
• Responsible for processing copayment requests from patients, pharmacies, and/or physicians for programs that provide copay assistance or concierge payments.
• Collaborates with Program managers to ensure that copayment KPIs are achieved.
• Coordinates with ISI Accounting to guarantee timely and accurate payments.
• Works with third-party payment administrators to ensure precise processing of electronic payments.
• Establishes and maintains office files, schedules appointments, and arranges meeting rooms as necessary.
• Gathers information from multiple sources and utilizes it to generate reports.
• Audits and maintains various reports specific to his/her business location by checking for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies.
• Makes necessary corrections and informs the relevant personnel of any changes.
• Updates and maintains essential business information through computer or departmental files.
• Assists with various scheduled and unscheduled projects occurring within the department at any time.
• Drafts and types correspondence and/or presentations for both internal and external contacts.
• Manages multiple projects across various departments within a business segment or across different segments as required.
• Frequently interacts with inter-departmental associates and management to resolve workload issues.
• Maintains and fosters positive and professional working relationships with associates and management.
• Adheres to all relevant policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations.
• Responsible for reporting all Adverse Events to the designated units/departments.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role within a pharmaceutical environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications is essential.
• Proven accuracy in processing large volumes of data.
• The candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Adaptability to change and willingness to learn new skills as necessary.
• Bilingual proficiency in French/English is preferred.
