This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Draft contracts and manage documentation related to changes in employment.
• Address HR-related inquiries from both employees and management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to address and resolve employee matters.
• Seek out opportunities to enhance and optimize HR processes.
• Utilize tools such as Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow in your daily tasks.
• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of education/experience.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English languages.
• Strong skills in Excel or familiarity with other digital tools.
• Attention to detail accompanied by a problem-solving approach.
• Eager to learn and advance in a multicultural environment.
• Practical experience with Belgian payroll and HR administrative processes.
