This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• You will serve as the architect for our Airtable database.
• This includes designing new data models and dashboards, automating processes, and ensuring optimal performance.
• You will develop and maintain intricate automation scenarios.
• Your role involves actively monitoring these scenarios, troubleshooting any issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of all processes.
• You are tasked with creating and maintaining dashboards.
• You will facilitate communication between our various systems and tools.
• Additionally, you will create and maintain clear instructions (SOPs) and change logs.
• You will manage access rights and roles for team members.
• You will ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process.
• You must possess expert-level proficiency with Airtable.
• A solid understanding of complex data models, including links, lookups, and rollups is essential.
• You should be capable of building interfaces, automations, and scripts.
• Experience with tools such as Make (or Zapier) is required.
• Familiarity with Power BI, data modeling, DAX, and deployment is necessary.
• A basic understanding of APIs, including REST and webhooks, is expected.
• You should be able to write basic scripts in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with Google Workspace and basic Slack administration is required.
• Knowledge of Git for version control is necessary.
