Adjunct Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct live virtual classes utilizing the curriculum and instructional resources provided by OTI.

• Develop a stimulating and interactive online learning atmosphere.

• Facilitate discussions, activities, and exercises that encourage student involvement and enhance knowledge retention.

• Uphold professional and inclusive standards within the classroom.

• Ensure timely communication and support for students as necessary.

• Collaborate with OTI personnel regarding course implementation and student progress.

• Participate in instructor orientation and attend faculty meetings as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, Public Health, Education, or a related discipline.

• Proven teaching, training, or instructional experience in academic, professional development, workforce development, or continuing education environments.

• Professional background working with individuals impacted by substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues.

• Experience in facilitating virtual learning settings and utilizing online learning platforms.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and group facilitation abilities.
