Adjunct Faculty – Healthcare Policies, Management, and Health Care Administration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage students actively through frequent interactions that inspire them to excel, demonstrating genuine enthusiasm and energy for their educational journey.

• Facilitate student collaboration and the practical application of their knowledge through problem- and project-based learning initiatives.

• Deliver consistent and constructive feedback, effectively employing rubrics to assess student work and recognize their achievements.

• Exhibit current and relevant expertise in the subject matter, assisting students in making connections across their academic disciplines.

• Offer feedback to your program chair regarding potential curricular enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A terminal degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited institution of higher education.

• A minimum of 5 years of direct, relevant, and current industry experience in Healthcare.

• At least 3 years of experience teaching adult learners in online and higher education settings.

• Possession of one or more certifications such as CPHIMS, CHDA, CHFP, CPA, CPHQ, LSSGB/LSSBB, PMP, FACHE, RHIA/RHIT/CHDA/CHPS/CPHIMS, FACHE/CHFP/CPA, PMP, CISSP.
