Adjunct Faculty – Doctor of Social Work, DSW Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Responsibilities include teaching, mentoring, and supervising students.

• Organizing and facilitating mandatory synchronous class sessions.

• Presenting course materials, engaging with learners, and assessing assignments with detailed feedback.

• Collaborating with faculty and staff within the social work department, including prompt responses to departmental emails.

• Employing various technologies or tools (such as LMS, Zoom, Teams, OneDrive).

• Participating in required meetings, training, or professional development sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a CSWE-accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of post-MSW professional experience in social work.

• Experience in online teaching for both synchronous and asynchronous courses (at least 1 year).

• Experience in teaching and mentoring doctoral students (minimum of 1 year).

• Proven leadership experience in innovative practices.

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the context of higher education and teaching.

• Background in teaching subjects such as leadership, research methods, clinical and program evaluation, clinical social work, teaching, social and global entrepreneurship, and Capstone coursework.
