Adjunct Faculty – Business Psychology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discussions and assignments related to course topics as specified in the course syllabi.

• Deliver meaningful feedback to students and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.

• Maintain effective communication with department administration, faculty, and students.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.

• Training in online pedagogy from The Chicago School (TOPS) or equivalent experience as approved by the campus dean.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, etc.).

• Professional experience and/or training in the field of Industrial-Organizational Psychology and related areas.

• A strong dedication to academic excellence, research, community service, and promoting diversity.

• A Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Experience in teaching or publishing on quantitative and qualitative methodologies, as well as research design and methodology.

• Proficient understanding of statistics.
