This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide exemplary instruction in an online asynchronous format.
• Foster student engagement through collaborative learning strategies.
• Offer constructive and prompt feedback on student assignments.
• Maintain consistent communication with students as well as relevant CGHS administration and staff.
• Participate in curriculum development and enhancement initiatives.
• Possess a graduate degree in a field relevant to one or more of our CGHS degree programs; a doctoral degree is preferred and required for teaching in specific programs.
• Have a minimum of two years of teaching experience in higher education, ideally with some background in an online or distance education environment.
• Exhibit a proven track record of success in the classroom, as evidenced by teaching evaluations, course evaluations, and/or recommendations.
• Show proficiency in utilizing online learning management systems (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, WebCT).
• Have strong computer and technology skills.
• Be capable of providing remote, synchronous, and asynchronous support to students.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
• Be able to deliver timely and meaningful feedback to students.
• Commit to responding to student inquiries within 24 hours.
