Adjunct Faculty – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and oversee syllabi along with associated materials

• Lead class instruction by leveraging subject-matter expertise and enthusiasm

• Deliver undergraduate, master's, and doctoral courses in alignment with Westcliff University's educational objectives and session outlines

• Conduct assessments of student performance based on course assignments and established rubrics

• Record course grades on the Learning Management System

• Address grade inquiries promptly and provide comprehensive, timely feedback

• Submit grades for assignments, discussion board activities, examinations, and class participation in a timely manner

• Engage in Faculty Senate, program development, and committee activities

• Comply with Westcliff University standards and protocols

• Execute additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctoral degree from a regionally or internationally accredited institution in a relevant field or closely related discipline

• Candidates with a doctorate degree in progress may be considered, provided they possess at least 15 credits in the area of specialization they intend to teach

• Experience in teaching online, on-campus, or in a hybrid format

• A minimum of five years of teaching experience at the university level in the pertinent discipline

• Proven dedication to educating students from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds

• Familiarity with Moodle-based Learning Management Systems

• Capability to adhere to Westcliff University protocols

• Employment is at-will unless otherwise stated in a contract
