This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments for children with ADHD.
• Administer ADHD treatment plans, which include medication initiation, titration, and follow-up appointments.
• Present assessment results in a client-centered and strengths-focused manner.
• Perform safeguarding and risk assessments as necessary.
• Assist GPs with shared care inquiries when relevant.
• Uphold professional registration, complete mandatory training, and engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• Contribute ideas for enhancements to Paloma’s software tools and clinical protocols.
• Foster a positive and innovative clinical environment through collaboration.
• Must be a Nurse registered with the NMC.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in conducting Children’s ADHD assessments.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Children’s ADHD prescribing services.
• Strong comprehension of typical child development at various life stages.
• In-depth knowledge of ADHD presentations and differential diagnoses.
• Familiarity with co-occurring conditions.
• Awareness of cultural considerations in neurodevelopmental assessments.
• Exceptional communication and caseload management abilities.
• Experience in delivering client-centered feedback and recommendations.
• Capability to pass an enhanced DBS check with a barred list check.
• Desirable: Experience in Adult ADHD prescribing services.
• Desirable: Background in Children’s Autism Assessments.
• Desirable: Experience in conducting risk assessments within neurodevelopmental services.
• Desirable: Level 3 or higher safeguarding training.
