This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide high-quality Neurodevelopmental Assessments for children with ADHD.
• Adhere to our Safeguarding Policy, including performing risk assessments when necessary.
• Stay current with mandatory training, Continuing Professional Development, and the professional registration requirements relevant to your field.
• Contribute suggestions for enhancing Paloma’s software tools to maintain high-quality, safe, and efficient assessments.
• You are a registered nurse, speech and language therapist, occupational therapist, social worker, or practitioner psychologist with expertise in ADHD assessments.
• Ideally, you possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in conducting Children’s ADHD assessments, or at least 6 months of experience within a children’s ADHD assessment pathway.
• Your background in children’s ADHD should encompass: a solid understanding of typical development across life stages, co-occurring conditions, and differential diagnoses.
• Capable of presenting findings that are client-centered and highlight both strengths and needs.
• Demonstrated proficiency in time management, including caseload oversight, alongside effective communication skills with parents and children.
• Must pass an enhanced DBS check with a barred list check, as you will be working with children.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments within Neurodevelopmental assessments is desirable.
• Safeguarding training at Level 3 or higher is preferred.
• Familiarity with Children’s Autism Assessments and Dual Assessments is a plus.
• Total compensation of £60,000 to £62,000 per year, consisting of base and variable components for HCPC-registered Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Arts Therapists.
• Total compensation of £66,000 to £68,000 per year, comprising base and variable components for HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologists.
• Annual salary reviews to ensure competitiveness.
