Address Integrity Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary triage contact for all sales and marketing address-related concerns, assessing the impact level and directing issues to the appropriate engineering or operations teams.

• Foster analytical problem-solving by engaging with extensive geographic and operational data sets to tackle complex, non-standard address parity challenges.

• Provide health and resolution updates: Establish and maintain a regular reporting schedule for stakeholders, outlining identified issues, time-to-resolution, and the overall condition of our address database.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, and Engineering) to pinpoint business requirements and perform thorough end-to-end data analyses on address integrity.

• Develop automated tools and dashboards to proactively oversee address-related requests utilizing SQL, scripts, and visualizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics, data science, and/or computer science engineering.

• At least 3 years of experience in using SQL and crafting queries from scratch on a daily basis.

• Familiarity with project management across various functions.
