β€’ Address customer inquiries regarding accessibility and disability accommodations

β€’ Organize services such as interpreters (ASL or language access)

β€’ Support customers facing accessibility challenges with products, services, websites, or facilities

β€’ Inform customers about accessible options and services available


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Experience in customer service or call center environments

β€’ Excellent communication and active listening abilities

β€’ Fundamental understanding of ADA principles or a willingness to learn

β€’ Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
