This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Address customer inquiries regarding accessibility and disability accommodations
β’ Organize services such as interpreters (ASL or language access)
β’ Support customers facing accessibility challenges with products, services, websites, or facilities
β’ Inform customers about accessible options and services available
β’ Experience in customer service or call center environments
β’ Excellent communication and active listening abilities
β’ Fundamental understanding of ADA principles or a willingness to learn
β’ Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
