This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop strategies and serve as the primary contact for advertising designs for both new and existing clients.
• Function as the central communication hub throughout the ad strategy process.
• Cultivate positive relationships with Area Directors in accordance with program specifications.
• Establish rapport with clients to enhance their experiences.
• Assist clients in addressing credit card issues and work towards reducing past-due balances.
• Monitor client metrics using established spreadsheets and procedures.
• Review publications for advertising quality and precision.
• Effectively handle multiple deadlines, ensuring all advertisements are prepared and organized.
• Respond swiftly and professionally to emails concerning ad submissions and inquiries.
• Build and sustain strong professional relationships with Area Directors, clients, residents, and team members.
• Adhere to program specifications to guarantee effective communication and content alignment.
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage tasks effectively.
• Manage multiple deadlines each month, ensuring responsibilities are completed accurately and on time.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication, committed to thorough follow-up.
• Collaborate efficiently with team members and leadership to achieve company goals.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with both internal teams and clients.
• Confidently engage with clients and Area Directors, addressing their concerns through Zoom/video calls, phone, and email.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients and Area Directors.
• Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) with proficiency.
• Quickly adapt to and operate within The N2 Company’s internal software systems.
