This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the technical framework for trafficking, tagging, and measurement across various digital media campaigns.
• Spearhead the complete CM360 campaign trafficking process, which includes creating placements, assigning creatives, generating tags, and tracking ad deliveries.
• Oversee CM360 account structure, manage Floodlight configurations, conversion tracking, cross-domain rules, and naming conventions.
• Integrate CM360, DV360, GA4, and GTM to create data flows and reports that align with client KPIs and cross-channel attribution.
• Collaborate with Media Investment, Creative, Analytics, and Client Services regarding trafficking lead times, asset specifications, and tracking needs.
• Assist with CM360 integrations with demand-side platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk.
• Conduct technical quality assurance and troubleshoot issues with tag firing, creative rendering, click-throughs, impression macros, and tracking inconsistencies.
• Supervise third-party verification tags to ensure brand safety, mitigate fraud, and maintain viewability.
• Modify tagging structures and Floodlight tracking to comply with privacy laws and browser updates.
• Enhance trafficking workflows and mentor less experienced team members on CM360 and quality assurance best practices.
• 2–4 years of practical experience in digital ad operations, with a focus on Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
• Direct experience with Google Tag Manager/GTM, including container setups, site-side tag audits, advanced CM360 Floodlight architecture, and third-party verification tools like IAS and DoubleVerify.
• Familiarity with the Google Marketing Platform ecosystem and the integration of CM360, DV360, and Google Analytics.
• Competence with demand-side platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk.
• Comfortable working with HTML, JavaScript, rich media specifications, and VAST/VPAID video advertising protocols.
• Basic understanding of GDPR and CCPA and their effects on tagging and measurement practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, filtering, and pivot tables.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle competing priorities and tight deadlines for campaign launches.
• Ability to identify broken tags, macro errors, and discrepancies across platforms using browser developer tools and proxy software.
• Solid understanding of Google ad tech and analytics platform integrations.
• High attention to detail regarding naming conventions, URL parameters, custom variables, and quality assurance checks.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical trafficking, tagging, and measurement requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive self-starter who quickly adapts to platform features and industry changes while seeking to enhance workflows.
