Ad Operations Specialist – Client Success

📋 Description

• Support the preparation of comprehensive client history reports, address billing inquiries, and handle rate requests as necessary.

• Oversee insertion orders by utilizing financial systems across various markets.

• Relay specifications, inventory status, availability, and deadlines to the Sales team.

• Take charge of the process for receiving, modifying, and uploading creative assets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks, effectively prioritize, and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Experience with Adobe suite or graphic design is an advantage.
