This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Establish, manage, and conduct quality assurance for digital advertising campaigns (including newsletter ads, native banners, and associated units) across Key Media websites, newsletters, GAM, and other digital platforms to guarantee precise and timely execution.
• Oversee and sustain campaign effectiveness by generating and refreshing basic reports, identifying and addressing inventory, delivery, or scheduling challenges, and fulfilling daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with client fulfillment and other internal teams to facilitate retargeting, audience-based initiatives, lead generation, and occasional social campaigns over time, while addressing additional Ad Ops requests as your expertise in platforms (e.g., DV360, ZoomInfo Marketing) expands.
• Proven experience in digital advertising or ad operations, particularly in campaign setup, trafficking, quality assurance, and reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities to guarantee that all newsletter ads, native banners, and associated units are accurately implemented and reviewed prior to launch.
• Capacity to oversee multiple digital campaigns concurrently, maintaining organization with trafficking duties, timelines, and daily administrative obligations.
• Comfort in working with data and ad platforms, with the ability to learn tools such as GAM, DV360, ZoomInfo Marketing, and basic reporting dashboards over time.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with effective communication skills and a readiness to learn and embrace new Ad Ops responsibilities as the role develops.
• Availability to work a permanent night shift, from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH time.
