Ad Network Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand a portfolio of clients in the online advertising sector.

• Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Regularly monitor client campaigns to identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable enhancements.

• Create and analyze campaign reports utilizing tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and various web analytics platforms.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering support through chat, email, and ticketing systems.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., publishers) to address issues and fulfill client requirements.

• Conduct research on trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities to assist clients in reaching their objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Demonstrated proficiency with online tools and platforms (Google Sheets, web analytics, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of online advertising and digital marketing principles.

• A proactive, sales-driven attitude focused on achieving results.

• Certifications from recognized marketing platforms (such as Google Academy, Facebook Blueprint, etc. - preferred).

• Experience in customer-facing positions (sales, support, or account management - preferred).

• Understanding of online marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI - preferred).
