Ad Creative Producer – iGaming, Social Casino

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee the brainstorming and creation of high-converting advertising creatives, encompassing casino-native themes (jackpots, wins, bonuses, urgency, competition, FOMO), gameplay advertisements, UGC-style videos, static images, and AI-generated content.

• Guarantee that all creatives adhere to sweepstakes regulations and the policies of ad platforms.

• Quickly iterate on concepts guided by performance data while maintaining a high production speed for Meta and Google Display campaigns.

• Establish systematic A/B testing protocols, recognize successful patterns, and amplify the best-performing creatives.

• Evaluate creative-level metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, CVR, CPA, ROAS), formulate hypotheses based on trends, deliver structured performance insights, and continually enhance messaging and creative hooks.

• Keep track of trends in iGaming and sweepstakes advertising, scrutinize competitor creatives and funnels, pinpoint emerging angles in online casino advertising, and remain updated on compliance and policy changes.

• Work collaboratively with User Acquisition Managers, designers, and content creators to implement concepts, engage in brainstorming sessions, and assist in enhancing internal creative systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in ad creative production with a demonstrated history of generating high-performing performance ads.

• Background in iGaming, online casino, sweepstakes, or betting industries, particularly in compliance-sensitive or regulated advertising sectors.

• Solid understanding of the Meta and Google Ads ecosystems along with in-depth knowledge of performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.

• Experience in implementing structured creative testing frameworks and proficiency in AI tools for creative production, including image, video, scripting, and editing.

• Capability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to enhance creative performance.
