Acute Wound Healing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as a consultative expert in wound healing and the primary liaison for hospital wound care decision-makers.

• Instruct clinicians on the safe and effective application of Solventum products.

• Promote the adoption of Solventum solutions and enhance therapy usage.

• Oversee the transition of patient care.

• Regularly engage in procedures and placements within the hospital care environment.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.

• Utilize clinical and economic data to support and increase therapy adoption.

• Deliver exceptional customer support and service.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of sales, clinical, or related experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Possession of a current, valid Driver’s License.

• A proven history of achieving sales quotas and targets.

• Previous experience in wound care or medical device sales.

• Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships with key influencers (e.g., surgeons).

• Proven experience in territory management and strategic business planning.

• Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across various care areas.

• Focused on customer-centric selling and closing techniques.

• Experience in navigating complex sales cycles.

• Completion of a formal sales training program.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

• Experience in managing new product introductions and the value analysis process.

• Exceptional data analysis and analytical skills.
