This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as a consultative expert in wound healing and the main liaison for hospital decision-makers regarding wound care.

• Educate healthcare professionals and promote the adoption of Solventum solutions.

• Increase therapy utilization and manage the transition of patient care.

• Regularly consult with clinicians on the safe and effective application of Solventum products.

• Attend procedures and placements within the hospital care environment.

• Drive sustainable business growth by achieving sales targets through effective account and territory management.

• Identify and address customer financial and clinical priorities.

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.

• Advocate for and enhance therapy adoption using clinical and economic evidence.

• Persuade key stakeholders to support proposed solutions and products.

• Provide exceptional customer support and service.

• Show proficiency upon successful completion of the sales training program.

• Utilize company software for planning, pipeline management, and tracking utilization.

• Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Valid and current Driver’s License.

• Established track record of achieving sales quotas and targets.

• Previous experience in wound care or medical device sales.

• Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships with key influencers (e.g., surgeons).

• Proven experience in territory management and business planning.

• Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across various care areas.

• Customer-focused selling and closing capabilities.

• Experience managing complex selling cycles.

• Completion of a formal sales training program.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

• Experience with new product introductions and the value analysis process.

• Exceptional data and analytical skills.
