Acumatica Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete solution architecture for Acumatica ERP deployments and enhancements.

• Design and establish the entity structure of the system, the chart of accounts, and the overall data architecture.

• Assess business needs and identify the most suitable Acumatica modules to fulfill operational and financial requirements.

• Make informed decisions on when to utilize standard Acumatica configurations versus custom developments.

• Ensure that solution designs are in harmony with business objectives, industry best practices, and Acumatica capabilities.

• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Review solution designs and provide architectural direction to guarantee scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.

• Identify integration needs with third-party applications and ensure smooth system interoperability.

• Offer technical leadership during the stages of solution planning, implementation, testing, and deployment.

• Act as the trusted advisor for clients regarding ERP architecture, process optimization, and digital transformation efforts.

• Keep abreast of Acumatica product advancements and suggest enhancements that optimize platform capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.

• Significant experience in implementing and architecting Acumatica ERP solutions.

• Strong knowledge of Acumatica modules, such as Financial Management, Distribution, Manufacturing, CRM, and Project Accounting.

• Proven track record in designing ERP data models, entity structures, and chart of accounts.

• Comprehensive understanding of ERP architecture, business process design, and best practices for enterprise solutions.

• Capability to evaluate business requirements and suggest the best solutions utilizing standard functionalities, configurations, or customizations.

• Experience in integrating Acumatica with third-party systems via APIs and other integration technologies.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and client-facing consulting.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance throughout ERP implementation projects.
