This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Leading a team in the development, enhancement, and upkeep of pricing models for direct casualty lines of business.
• Operating autonomously with minimal oversight while partnering with Underwriting and IT teams.
• Verifying that models operate as intended, ensuring seamless data collection and adherence to actuarial standards.
• Creating reports and dashboards to deliver insights to Management and other Departments to meet company objectives.
• A Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• Must currently be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for work authorization sponsorship from our company for this role now or in the future.
• Member of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least five years focused on large account commercial pricing.
• Experience in designing, maintaining, and using actuarial models to facilitate business decisions.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating across different departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
