This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Identify potential opportunities and establish relationships with property owners
• Negotiate purchase agreements and secure property acquisitions
• Generate leads through proactive outreach and follow-up efforts
• Meet with property owners to assess properties and finalize deals
• Oversee a pipeline of leads while maintaining precise CRM records
• Collaborate with internal teams during the transition from contract signing to closing
• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or closing roles
• Comfortable with making outbound calls and conducting cold outreach
• Strong skills in negotiation and handling objections
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
• Exceptional organizational and pipeline management abilities
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for appointments
• Experience in real estate, mortgage, home services, or investment sales is preferred
• Base Salary: $30,000 per year
• Uncapped Commission Structure
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000–$120,000+ annually
