This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Dedicate 5β6+ hours each day to phone calls
β’ Consistently follow up with leads
β’ Engage in direct negotiations with sellers
β’ Dispatch offers and contracts
β’ Monitor your KPIs on a daily basis
β’ Be available to work evenings and weekends when a lucrative opportunity arises
β’ This role operates in a performance-driven environment where activity and results are closely monitored.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in wholesaling or acquisitions
β’ Proven negotiation abilities (not just order-taking)
β’ Ability to thrive in a commission-based structure
β’ Stamina for handling a high volume of calls
β’ Strong adherence to CRM practices
β’ A committed, distraction-free home office setup

β’ 100% Commission-Based compensation.
β’ 15% commission on paid leads (following a $2,000 pack fee)
β’ 20% commission on aged/cold leads (after a $2,000 pack fee)
β’ Weekly cash bonuses available

β’ Realistic earnings in the first year: $100K+
