This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of your own origination pipeline by utilizing curated data from the initial engagement to the finalized closing.
• Act as the main advisor for potential clients, fostering relationships and assisting them throughout the ground lease buyout journey.
• Assess opportunities and formulate preliminary terms directly with property owners.
• Ensure disciplined pipeline management to meet established monthly, quarterly, and annual origination objectives.
• Participate in strategic initiatives and product innovation to enhance our competitive edge.
• Cultivate in-depth knowledge of the telecommunications and infrastructure investment sectors.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required or a minimum of 4 years of experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales.
• Innate sales ability coupled with strong business insight.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
• Proven experience negotiating transactions from sourcing to closure.
• Knowledge of real estate closing processes.
• Understanding of financial concepts such as IRR and NPV.
• Background in originating or developing within renewable energy, commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, land acquisition, or mineral rights acquisition.
