This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Facilitates the preparation of current accreditation applications, maintains documentation to showcase compliance with accreditation standards, and supports on-site evaluations.
• Manages activities and keeps resources for the Quality Program updated, focusing on quality performance, improvement, outcome management, and member safety.
• Records and maintains policies and procedures concerning quality oversight, which includes audit procedures, claims monitoring and validation, quality metrics, analytics, and quality performance objectives.
• Gathers and compiles quality performance metrics for presentation at governance committees.
• Assists in the implementation of new accreditations and/or updates to standards upon publication and aids the relevant area in executing changes within stipulated timeframes.
• Supports functional owners in documenting and managing action plans when processes fail to meet requirements, including timelines and specific actions needed for compliance.
• Aids in the preparation of the annual Quality Management Program Descriptions.
• Guarantees accurate reporting of all quality errors and initiatives as stipulated by the overarching quality program and assists in maintaining the Lumicera Quality intranet site.
• Helps collect root cause analyses of errors and contributes to the development and implementation of corrective actions or rapid process improvement plans.
• Assists in documenting and reporting ongoing Quality Improvement Projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills is required, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
