This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage billing and collections for designated third-party payors
• Ensure the prompt and precise submission, follow-up, and resolution of all issues
• Comprehend and convey changes in payer guidelines and policies
• Guarantee accurate revenue booking
• This role is production-focused, emphasizing the achievement of goals and deadlines
• Record all actions taken on accounts handled, in accordance with departmental policy
• Collaborate with the team to identify underlying causes and tackle denial trends
• Create and execute innovative accounts receivable follow-up strategies
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary
• Experience in DME, Medical Reimbursement, and Brightree is preferred
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
