This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to billing through email and phone.
• Take proactive measures to follow up with customers about overdue invoices to ensure prompt payment.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by liaising with internal departments such as Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Oversee and document billing inquiries and collection efforts to guarantee thorough record-keeping and timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with customers to address their concerns, clarify invoice particulars, and settle disputes.
• Uphold a professional and empathetic demeanor when communicating with customers, especially during challenging or escalated scenarios.
• Recognize recurring billing challenges and work with internal teams to enhance processes and avert future issues.
• Assist in maintaining precise customer billing records and tracking payment statuses.
• Provide support to the Finance team with reporting and operational enhancements pertaining to billing and collections.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in customer support, billing operations, collections, or a related customer-facing position is preferred.
• Must be available to work during continental US hours.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to confidently interact with customers via phone and email.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively manage customer-related issues.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills and a keen eye for detail.
• A self-starter who takes initiative in addressing issues and driving them to resolution.
• Comfortable juggling multiple conversations, cases, and priorities at once.
• Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, or billing software (such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Intercom, or Stripe) is advantageous.
