
Accounts Receivable Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Efficiently apply payments and document cash receipts.
• Oversee the aging report.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable.
• Precisely record daily entries for refunds.
• Enter invoices for refunds to be processed.
• Manage weekly processing of refund batches.
• Prepare journal entries as required.
• Assist external auditors as needed.
• Provide support to business-facing teams, including Customer Service, Sales, and Operations, to ensure exceptional client/customer service and optimize revenue generation.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required and assist in providing coverage for teammates.
• A degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with Oracle is advantageous.
• Must possess high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal departments and external clients.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Must be able to maintain departmental standards while working remotely.
