Accounts Receivable Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepares reports and analyses to ensure leadership is informed about results and opportunities for reducing outstanding accounts receivable within the designated portfolio.

• Facilitates discussions with billing attorneys and stakeholders, emphasizing prospects for enhancing cash flow.

• Serves as a bridge between clients and attorneys to address outstanding balances while maintaining the integrity of the attorney-client relationship.

• Maintains accurate and comprehensive records of collection activities in the Firm's Accounts Receivable Collection Software.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A blend of 7 years of experience in customer service, accounting, and accounts receivable is preferred.

• Prior experience in a law or accounting firm is preferred.

• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.

• Strong critical thinking, research, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and punctuation.
