Accounts Receivable Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Salesforce to NetSuite Billing: Evaluate closed-won opportunities in Salesforce, initiate automated billing processes in NetSuite, and verify accurate contract configurations.

• Automated Billing & Dunning: Set up, oversee, and enhance automated subscription or recurring billing timelines and automated email dunning processes for overdue accounts.

• Invoice Delivery Verification: Actively monitor, identify, and resolve issues with failed electronic invoice deliveries, ensuring successful submissions into client e-procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, Ariba).

• Proactive Collections: Oversee the AR aging report, consistently follow up on automated dunning escalations through phone and email, and aim to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

• Communication with Customers: Address customer inquiries related to account statement requests, invoicing issues, and outstanding payments.

• Controller Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Corporate Controller to assess bad debt reserves, assist with month-end close reconciliations, and escalate complex payment disputes.

• Cash Application: Reconcile and apply daily incoming ACH, check, wire, and credit card payments within NetSuite to open customer accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• NetSuite Mastery: At least 1–2 years of practical experience navigating NetSuite AR modules, automated billing systems, and cash application tools.

• Salesforce Proficiency: Experience in auditing customer contracts, accessing opportunity objects, and updating collection status notes within Salesforce.

• Automation Experience: Hands-on experience managing automated billing timelines, configuring system-generated dunning letters, or resolving electronic delivery issues.

• Accounting Framework: Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles to effectively communicate ledger discrepancies and financial variances to the Controller.
