This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Efficiently process payments made by credit card and check with precision.
• Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments from credit card customers.
• Conduct account reconciliations to ensure prepaid customers have no outstanding balances.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies along with customer inquiries.
• Record cash receipts received through various methods (EFT, ACH, Wire, E-Transfer).
• Engage with customers through phone and email communications.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Maintain a professional communication style with both internal and external team members.
• Assist in maintaining customer accounts receivable files and records.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by Management.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments relevant to the responsibilities outlined above.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or General Accounting, or equivalent qualifications.
• Excellent verbal, written, and English language communication abilities.
• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US business hours.
• Proficient in most Microsoft Office applications, databases, and accounting software.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Exceptional numerical skills and analytical capabilities; detail-oriented is a must.
• Intermediate Excel skills and proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite are required.
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant platforms.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients and collaborate with internal departments.
