Accounts Receivable Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Manage all elements of the accounts receivable process, which includes invoicing, payment processing, and collections, ensuring that financial transactions are executed in a timely and accurate manner.

• Engage in the monthly Billing Cycle and handle Billing tickets as required.

• Assess customer payment methods strategically to minimize inefficiencies in the payment processing system.

• Consistently review accounts receivable processes and systems to pinpoint areas that can be improved and apply solutions to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

• Work in conjunction with the Sales and Account Management teams to tackle receivable issues, resolve discrepancies, and ensure conformity with company policies and objectives.

• Produce regular reports detailing accounts receivable metrics, performance, and cash flow analysis for management's consideration.

• Address escalated accounts receivable inquiries and disputes from customers, collaborating closely with the Finance Manager and Account Management team to swiftly resolve issues while maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Act as a key team member for system upgrades concerning accounts receivable processes, such as enhancements to billing systems, to improve scalability and automation across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in accounts receivable.

• Comprehensive knowledge of accounts receivable principles, practices, and systems (e.g., ERP software, billing platforms).

• Experience with QuickBooks and NetSuite is preferred.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to collaborate across departments and engage with customers.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.

• Robust leadership and interpersonal skills, with the capability to inspire and develop a team.

• Proficient in written and verbal English, demonstrating strong communication skills.
