This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for verifying insurance eligibility and updating patient account information.
• Ensure that claims are submitted to the appropriate payers with accurate patient details.
• Confirm patient insurance eligibility and update the patient's account accordingly.
• Address eligibility errors and resolve denials.
• Register patients within the system.
• Respond to both verbal and written communications or inquiries from patients and clients.
• Request patient information from clients as needed.
• Resolve discrepancies in accounts and prepare adjustment requests when necessary.
• Research and resubmit claims as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two weeks of vacation time.
