This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Handle daily receivables and reconciliation tasks.
• Manage invoicing for Plan management (MYP), SIL invoicing, and any other invoicing-related responsibilities.
• Produce weekly receivables and provide updates on Support Independent Living (SIL) funding.
• Complete Centrelink reconciliations along with associated reports.
• Prepare reports for the Client Services Manager and the Director of Client Services.
• Generate cash flow support reports.
• Follow up on aged receivables with external stakeholders.
• Undertake additional tasks related to the continuous operation of the finance department as required.
• A minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in accounts receivable or financial administration.
• Excellent skills in reconciliation and reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with NDIS invoicing or government funding systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management abilities.
