📋 Description

• Direct the daily billing operations, ensuring the precise and timely execution of all deliverables.

• Manage billing cycles, reconciliations, and month-end processes in accordance with accounting standards and policies.

• Ensure that accounts receivable activities are accurately recorded to support reliable financial reporting and compliance with SOX requirements.

• Conduct in-depth analyses of billing and operational data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and discover optimization opportunities.

• Over 5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting operations management.

• Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven capability to manage priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
